Return Process
To request a return:
1. Email us within 3 days of delivery

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only if:
- A wrong item is delivered
- The product is damaged during delivery
Exchange approval depends on product availability and verification.

Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds usually reflect within 8–15 business days
- COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer
Refunds will not be approved without valid proof or if the product is found used or tampered with.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded within 1–2 working days
Repeated fake or unnecessary cancellations may lead to future order restrictions.
